Interior and Exterior Drainage
French Drain
We dig a large enough trench to accomodate the volume of water that needs to dispersed and line it with our high quality drainage fabric (not the cheap stuff found at local hardware stores), next we install 4" perforated SDR 35 pipe (not the cheap flexable black corrageted pipe other companies use) and Pond Peebles. Then we route the drain line to an area for the water to dissipate with 1/4" per foot pitch. If the french drain is next to a foundation we also take an extra step and seal the foundation with a high quaility coating. We also install a cleanout/inspection port incase debris enters the system.
Exterior Sump Pumps and basins
Some drainage solutions involve using an exterior sump pump becuase of a lack of elevation change to pitch water away from area to dissipate water.
